Had Hartwood in for about a week and a half doing the new kitchen after our extension went up. Dave was great, easy to talk to, even helped me shift an old chest freezer out of the way one morning which wasn't really his job. Only reason it's not five stars is one of the end panels needed a second look, but they came back within the week and sorted it without any argument.
Explained why engineered board made more sense than solid oak for our lounge given the underfloor heating, which nobody else had bothered to mention. Floor's been down six months now with no gaps or movement.
